Shipping and Handling
All orders are sent via Canada Post, usually the same day,
but always within two business days from receipt of order. When
you order items through our store and are directed to the shopping
cart, your shipping will be calculated before you
give your credit card information. Postage costs and estimated time
of arrival are calculated by Canada post and is available at the
time of your order.
The best way to calculate shipping costs is to add the items
you'd like to buy into the shopping cart and proceed to the check
out. After you add your shipping address and zip/postal code, shipping
options are calculated. Usually there are three or four options
to choose from ranging from parcel post (the most inexpensive way
to ship) to express post (the most expensive and quickest way to
ship). If you find the shipping is too expensive, you can simply
exit from the shopping cart and your order will not be sent. Shipping
costs are calculated BEFORE you give your credit card information.
If the shipping seems unreasonable, please let us know. We can try
to recalculate shipping costs for your in case there is an error
with the module.

Shipping
You may place your International order online. Shipping costs will
be calculated in the shopping cart. If you wish to fax or telephone
in your order, please fill out your order and then print the order
form and mail it in along
with your money order.
Delivery
We will ship your order as soon as possible via Canada Post. Please
allow two to four weeks for regular delivery on in stock items.
Alternate methods of shipping are also available. Rush shipping
is possible for an additional fee. Please verify all shipping addresses.
If you don't like any of the options available through Canada Post,
please call us to get a price for courier service. Based on the
information you provide us with, we should be able to call you back
with an accurate price for alternate shipping options.
Our furniture grade litter boxes are shipped via fedex and the
shipping is calculated individually on those items. These chests
are not included in any of our reduced or free shipping promotions.

Rush shipping is also available. Fedex
has overnight delivery throughout Canada and the United States.
