Keep Kitty Safe from any Holiday Hazards
|
If you have cats and would like to have a Christmas tree,
it is important to think about a "cat-friendly"
Christmas tree well in advance.
for some important points to consider when setting up your
tree as well as a few other holiday safety tips to keep kitty
safe over the festive season.
Holiday Plants
Mistletoe, Holly, Amaryllis and Poinsettias are poisonous to
cats. The first three are the most toxic but cats may be attracted
to and chew on the red bracts of Poinsettias, which can cause
indigestion and vomiting. It is best to keep these plants well
out of reach or better yet, out of the house all together.

A Cat Tree
Makes a Great Gift!
If you are looking for a safe tree for your kitty this Christmas,
consider getting a cat tree.
Cats love to jump and play and our cats love to sit on the
top of their tree for a "birds eye" view of the
yard. A cat tree makes a great play spot, a spot for scratching
(instead of the furniture) and a spot for napping.
to see what we have to offer. (Sorry, we are not able to ship
our larger trees).
