All prices on this site are in CANADIAN currency. An approximate USD amount is estimated within the shopping cart page. $1.00 USD = ~ $1.12 CAD. For your convenience we have also added a handy Currency Converter to all of our product pages so you can clearly account for costs in your own currency. We have an order minimum of $20.00 before shipping to help cover our packaging fees.

We have the following ordering methods available

To place an Order via the Internet
To place your order with our secure online shopping cart. Just click on the "buy now" button by the item you wish to order to place it in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping from within the cart by clicking the "back" button or you may check out from within the shopping cart by clicking on the "process" button.

To add more than one of any specified item, change the number beside the item and then click on the "edit" button next to it. Your shopping cart will be updated to reflect the new number. To remove any particular item, but not the entire cart, click on the "remove" link next to the item. To delete the entire shopping cart, use the "delete cart" button at the bottom of the page. The exit button will take you back to the home page of CAT-alog.com.

To purchase online with your credit card, simply add the items to your cart and click on the "process" button to continue to the next page of the shopping cart. If you have shopped at CAT-alog.com before, you need only add your email address. Your shipping address will have been saved in our database. Otherwise, if this is your first time shopping, you will need to add your shipping information and click on "continue" at the bottom of the page. The next page will give you shipping options and pricing. Chose the shipping option that suits your needs. You will also be required to choose your type of payment (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners Club & Discover (through paypal only), Fax / Phone order). Chose one and click on the "continue" button.

If you have chosen Mastercard, Visa or American Express you will be prompted to add your credit card information at the bottom of the page (below your shipping address).

If you have chosen Diners Club or Discover you will be taken to Paypal to complete your transaction.

To order by Fax, Phone, or Mail
If you prefer not to use your credit card online and have chosen the fax, telephone or mail in option, you can still use the online shopping cart to place your order. Please follow these instructions:

• Page 1 - Add the items you would like to order to your cart, then click "Process"
• Page 2 - Add your shipping address, then click "continue"
• Page 3 - Choose your shipping option from the list, then choose either the "phone" or "fax" payment option
• Page 4 - Print the page and either fax it in with your credit card information, or phone it in with your credit card information. If you don't have a printer, you can copy (edit, copy) the page and email it to us . NEVER email any credit card information, though, you can phone or mail that in. Please follow the instructions below for phone, fax or mailing in your orders.
  

By Mail
Please use the online form to place your order (instructions above) which will calculate your shipping costs. Once you have chosen your preferred shipping method, print off the form and send it by regular post with a cheque or money order for payment to:

By Email
If you have questions on how to place an order, you can email . Please DO NOT email any credit card information. You may also email your order and send us your money order through regular post. Once we have received payment your order will be shipped.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for online, telephone and fax orders. We accept money orders for mail order purchases.

Taxes
GST (7%) will be applied to all applicable Canadian orders and HST charges will be applied for the Maritimes. For orders delivered within British Columbia, we must also add provincial sales tax. No taxes are added to orders delivered to the United States or other countries outside of Canada.

Insurance
If your package was sent by either Expedited mail or Express post the items purchased ARE AUTOMATICALLY insured. If your parcel is sent via surface mail or air mail (usually the two least expensive options) the package IS NOT automatically insured. If you would like your item insured, you are required to indicate this information in the comment section of your order and we will add the appropriate charge and advise you of the fee. Local Shoppers!
If you live in the Langley, BC area and would prefer to save shipping costs by picking up your order, you may use the following methods:

• You can call in your order and give us your credit card info over the phone or when you pick up your order (you may also use your debit card for pick up orders). We will let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
• You may order using our online order form (let us know in the special instructions you are picking up your order) and shipping costs will be subtracted from your order.
• You can download this order form and fax it to 604-514-6587.

Security
Our secure server software (SSL or Secure Socket Layer) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. This is the same level of protection used by banks and financial institutions to ensure that you bank account information can be viewed online. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and never do we store unencrypted data. CAT-alog.com does not store any credit card information in our systems.
