I just wanted to say thank-you for carrying the catnip candy canes for the holidays. My mom purchased one from the store in Langley and sent it in the box with my Christmas gifts, all wrapped up for my cat Patches.

Patches could smell something as soon as I opened the box. I put her gift on the floor and she proceeded to work her way into it. As you can see from the attached pictures she thoroughly enjoyed the effort she had to expend to get at her toy. She carried the candy cane around in her mouth for most of Christmas day, a rarity for a cat that bores of toys within a few short minutes.

Thanks again for carrying quality products that Patches can enjoy!

The order arrived yesterday and guess what? The Valerian pillow you threw in was the biggest hit. They first went nuts over the box that was scented with the pillow and then kept searching through their toy basket until they dragged the bag with the Valerian pillow out. I
took it out of the plastic bag and they were off.

They've always reacted minimally to catnip but this has them going completely nuts - leaping into the air, racing about the room, wrestling, sneezing - good fun! I will have to keep the Valerian in a hard plastic container -so they don't overdose. So it will be Valerian toys for my girls from now on.

These Pill Pockets are the greatest invention ever – they should win an award for creating these!

I have never in my life had more trouble pilling a cat as I have with CC (and believe me, I’ve pilled many a cat in my lifetime), but she absolutely *loves* the Salmon Flavoured Pill Pockets, and she had no idea she ate a pill with it… No more fighting to get her pill into her! No more foaming at the mouth and spitting it back up! I am so pleased – hurray for Pill Pockets!

Just wanted to let you know that the package just arrived and our six inside cats wouldn't even let me get the chipmunks, squirrels, and snake out of the box... they were not yet loaded with the catnip, yet all of the cats were pulling them out of my hands! If anyone doesn't believe that the catnip quality matters, it only took five seconds for all of the toys to be dragged away from me!

Also, this was my second "snake" (originally got one locally here), and it has withstood the frenetic, frantic activity of not only the six inside cats, but also my 20 strays outside (large feral cat population here in the Pocono Mountains--adopting them out as quickly as I can) without losing one feather! Dr. Noy really knows how to make cat toys.

Ozzie loved his Snake, he would not leave the box alone under the tree and clawed at it until we gave in and opened it. Before we could see what was in the box he scooped up the snake still wrapped in the pkg. He then destroyed the pkg before we could open it and would not let us come near it! He throws it around every day.

Just thought I'd send along a note to let you know that my order has arrived. Everything is just great. Thanks for the extra little gift. You said to let you know if there were any more products customers would like to see. I think just more products like the ones in your catalogue. The one thing I would like is more of the jewelry for cats. I have a whole houseful and they all want a charm of their own. I made the mistake of leaving the parcel out after showing the articles to my husband. When I got up the next day the cats had already helped themselves to the cat toys.
