CAT-alog.com is owned and operated by myself, Davena Tarkanen,
cat lover and entrepreneur extraordinaire! CAT-alog.com was borne
of my love for cats, my frustration and inability to find a great
store that would have items for both my cats and me and my desire
to be self-employed. After some research, I found that there were
no stores that offered one-stop shopping for cats and their people.
Further research identified a large number of people who indicated
they would be interested in shopping at such a store. CAT-alog was
developed to fill that niche. This site was launched in November,
2003, and is dedicated to cats and cat lovers everywhere.

The team
The CAT-alog.com site was designed and developed in house, with
the help of my three cats: Dragon, George and Lance. Special mention
should go out to Dragon, who is performing intensive
product testing at the time of this posting. She was exceptionally
helpful with the development of CAT-alog.com as she perched on my
desk and trotted across my keyboard. The cats of CAT-alog.com are
also dedicated members of the Quality Assurance team and have thoroughly
tested many of the products. Look for their seal of approval on
some of the products we have for sale! We continue to update the
pictures on our site which show the cats hard at work! When the
cats aren't busy testing products they can be found underfoot or
sleeping in one of their many comfy kitty hideaways.
About Me
In my spare time, I volunteer for a local animal shelter. CARES
(Canadian Animal Rescue and Extended Shelter) is a no-kill cat shelter
that can always use volunteers so, if you live in the Langley area

Return Policy
CAT-alog.com will accept merchandise returns within 30 days of the
date on which you received the order.
Please return items unopened or in otherwise new condition.
Items with tags removed or that have been used, will not be eligible
for a refund.
Please include a note (or better yet, a copy of your packing slip)
letting us know what is wrong and what we need to do to make it
right. Remember to give us your name, address, and credit card number
especially if you want a refund as a credit on your charge card.
For products you received that were damaged or defective, we will
refund the full price including shipping charges; otherwise we will
refund the price of the product less shipping charges.
